Information collected on this website
- Support messages — this website does not run a contact form that stores messages on cogitdev.net. If you reach out through our community Discord (linked from the contact page) or other published channels, Discord or that channel’s provider processes the message under their terms; we use what you send only to respond.
- Advertising technologies — when ads are shown, third parties such as Google may set or read cookies and collect device or usage data as described below.
This website’s application does not run its own access-log system that stores visitor IP addresses, user agents, or page URLs for analytics. Infrastructure in front of the site (for example a reverse proxy or CDN) may still process requests as part of delivering pages; that is separate from an application-level log we maintain for marketing analytics.
Simply reading public blog posts does not require creating an account on cogitdev.net.
How we use website information
We use support conversations to answer inquiries and improve our public content. We do not sell your personal information.
Advertising (including Google AdSense)
This site uses Google AdSense (publisher ID referenced in our pages and ads.txt). Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve ads, measure how ads perform, and—where allowed—personalize ads based on visits to this site and other sites. This is separate from CogitHost or other product accounts.

Sharing
Advertising partners such as Google receive the data their tags collect when ads load, under their own policies. We may use infrastructure providers (hosting, CDN, DNS) only to deliver the website. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the site and our users.
Retention
We do not operate a long-term visitor analytics database or contact-form archive on this website. Messages you send in Discord remain subject to Discord’s retention and your own deletion actions there.
Your choices
You can control cookies through browser settings. For product account deletion or export, use the process described in that product’s privacy policy (for example CogitHost privacy), not only this page.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13. Product age requirements may be stricter where required by Discord or applicable law.
Changes
We may update this policy by posting a new version here. The “Last updated” date will change when we do.
